Return Policy:

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item is lost or arrives damaged please contact me immediately. I will work to the best of my ability to get you a replacement. If I can not replace the item that was damaged during shipping I will contact the package handled and file a claim. We go to great lengths to package our items so if the package handler damages an item it's their responsibility to issue a refund.

I handle the claim as a courtesy to my clients but an item damaged by USPS, UPS or FedEx is in no way DSG Antiques responsibility.

ITEM DEFECT: 
If an item is defective please contact me within thirty days and I will replace the item or issue a refund.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost unless an item is found to be defective

Shipping policies

Most items at DSG Antiques will be shipped the same day payment clears.

Estimated shipping times:
Delivery times vary based on your location but generally are. 
3-5 business days within the continental USA.
Other Countries: 2 weeks Standard Shipping.

Make sure your address with Etsy is current. If you have special shipping needs, such as tracking or expedited delivery, let me know.

CUSTOMS:
Any applicable customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional policies

All my previous clients on here know I will go to great lengths to work with them, I do this because I love what I do so if there's a problem just contact me. My door is always open to a reasonable request. I do believe a companies integrity is based, in part on how they resolve problems.
