Amber Glass 1890s Whiskey Bottle marked Humphrey & Martin of Philadelphia
For your consideration is this gorgeous Amber Glass 32 ounce 1800s Whiskey Bottle marked Humphrey & Martin of Philadelphia.
What can I say about this bottle except breathtaking! Absolutely the most beautiful and collectible bottle I have. The raised letters just pop off this whiskey bottle. All the high points are sharp and clear adding depth and a new perspective at every turn. The fact that this antique whiskey bottle lasted for about 100 years and stayed in this condition is quite rare.
But that's not all, there's unique glass characteristics that came about while it was being made that make this piece truly "one of a kind". Definitely check out the photos and see for yourself. You can see my pictures are taken with great care and attention to detail but there's no way I can capture the charm and aesthetic appeal with photo's.
This antique bottle will have some slight clouding, very slight and some characteristics conducive with its age but in no way do they detract from the look. If fact, I believe they enhance its stunning appearance by showing the bottles provenance.
